Bill and Shirley Elliott farmed at the current address of Elliott Properties head office. It was their son Patrick Elliott who continued the farming business which continues today.
As a lifelong participating memeber of Thorndale, Pat Elliott saw a need for growth in our community.
Trails at Wye Creek development began as a new venture in 2010 by Pat & Jane Elliott.
This is a generational family business. Pat’s children Jennifer, Nicole, Shawn and Brooke Elliott have all held various roles in the family businesses over the years. Some continue and some have left to pursue different careers and passions.
Shawn Elliott is a home builder in our new project Elliott Estates on Fairview.
Giving back
Local community involvement is a constant engagement for the owners, operators, and employees of Elliott Development. Our teams involvement is varied and in many local organizations through donation and/or direct participation:
Thorndale Lions Club (35+ years), Thorndale Agricultural Society, I Love Thorndale, Thorndale Splashpark initiative, Thorndale Lions Community Centre, West Nissouri Public School, Thames Centre clean up days, Director Thorndale Senior Apartment Complex Board, various sports teams and programs, and many fundraising campaign sponsorships.
We play a supportive role locally to help build our community.
